- Mincor Resources NL - binding nickel offtake agreement and ore tolling with BHP Billiton Nickel West.
- Doray Minerals Limited - copper concentrate offtake agreement with MRI Trading AG for the Deflector Gold Project.
- Heron Resources Limited – zinc, copper and lead concentrate offtake agreements with Louis Dreyfus Company Metals for the Woodlawn Project.
- Sirius Resources NL – nickel concentrate offtake agreements with BHP Billiton Nickel West and Glencore and copper concentrate offtake agreement with Trafigura Pte. Ltd for the Nova-Bollinger Project.
- Mawson West - copper concentrate offtake agreement with Trafigura Pte. Ltd for the Dikulushi and Kapulo mines in Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Lanco Group and Griffin Coal - post-acquisition advice connected to Griffin Coal's offtake arrangements.
- Mirabela Nickel - nickel offtake agreements with Votorantim Metals and Norilsk Nickel for the Santa Rita Nickel Project in Brazil.

Spotlight on Heron Resources – Woodlawn Project with Offtake arrangements
Wright Legal assisted the team at Heron Resources Limited with negotiating the metal streaming and offtake agreements for the Woodlawn Project.
Woodlawn is a high-grade, volcanogenic massive-sulphide (VMS) deposit situated in New South Wales, Australia, located approximately 50km northeast of Canberra, and 250km southwest of Sydney. The mineral rights and production are 100%-owned by Heron.
In May 2018 Heron announced they had completed the drawdown of the first tranche of US$20M of debt from Orion Mine Finance. The total debt provided was US$60M plus a US$16M silver metal stream financing.
